Elsie joined PNNL in November of 2020 as a communications professional. Before joining PNNL, Elsie worked as a marketing manager for a software as a service (SaaS) company. In her role Elsie was responsible for developing the marketing plan, as well as writing, designing, and distributing communications materials including blogs, sales copy, website and social media content, press releases, email campaigns, and newsletters. Elsie earned her bachelor’s in International Relations from Florida International University and her master’s in web design and online communication from the University of Florida. At PNNL, she supports communications efforts for the power grid, advanced lighting, energy efficiency, energy equity, and building technologies in the Energy & Environment Directorate.
