Mary Ann Showalter has more than 30 years of experience at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL). During that time, she has provided communications support to a variety of projects across the energy, environment, national security, and support function realms. From 2006 to 2010, she served as the communications manager for the Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory, a U.S. Department of Energy national scientific user facility located on PNNL’s campus in Richland, Washington. Currently, Mary Ann frequently writes about research activities conducted within PNNL’s wind energy, bioenergy, vehicles, and hydrogen portfolios.
