Biography
Patrick Royer is a geospatial analyst, software development lead, and principal investigator for several large-scale geo-application projects, including:
- Electrical Grid Resilience and Assessment System (EGRASS), developed for Puerto Rico Power Authority in collaboration with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory
- Suite of Comprehensive Rapid Analysis Tools for Estimation (SOCRATES)
- Tank Vapor Analysis and Visualization (TVDAV)
- National Simulation Analysis and Center (NISAC) group
- Chemical Security Map Tool (CSMT)
- Tracking Restoration and Contaminants (TRAC)
Royer’s experience includes a broad range of technical and leadership endeavors related to geoinformatics and geostatistical analysis, with emphasis on big data systems and system architecture in cloud ecosystems.
